Terms of Service

Last updated: [insert effective date]

1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Executive Visibility website and any services we provide ("Services"). By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our Services.

Executive Visibility ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Glory Oronsaye, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: [insert contact email].

2. Services

We provide boutique LinkedIn growth consulting, content strategy and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or written agreement, which will take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to accounts required for the Services.
  • Ensure you have the right to share any content, brand assets or third-party materials you send us.
  • Comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any other applicable platform terms.
  • Review and approve content before publication where the scope requires it.

4. Fees & payment

Fees, payment schedule and any expenses are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Executive Visibility and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

For client deliverables, ownership and licensing terms are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Materials we developed independently or that form part of our underlying know-how remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of performing the Services. This obligation survives termination.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, our website and Services are provided "as is" without further warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, LinkedIn engagement metrics, follower growth or revenue results.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity.

9. Term & termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or Services if you breach these Terms. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

10. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Third-party links & platforms

Our website and Services may reference or link to third-party platforms (including LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is posted on this page. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
